Emotional Alchemy and Coming Back To Unconditional Love

emotional alchemy in the stars

Welcome to artofemotionalalchemy.com! Where my life meets the internets in an attempt to share my journey with you as a human being. I am still learning and hope to always be a disciple of life but I hope on my way, that some of my uncovered insights may help you remember who you are. As King and Queen of your kingdom your first priority is to know you are the King/Queen of Unconditional Love, which is our natural state. So hopefully within these pages, you will see this in yourself.

I just wanted to give you a rundown of some of the major themes of this website, so that it is easier for you to navigate. And if you enjoy my articles, please feel free to buy my book on Amazon help support me.

Meditation:

One of the most important practices that I’ve taken up over the last 5-7 years of my life. There are thousands of different methods and brands of meditation. All very enjoyable depending on what resonates best for you. Meditation not only allows you to face your shadow side, but it allows you to have more awareness of others around you, and has the potential of allowing you to directly experience our strong inter-being connection with all things (our connection and non-separation of the cosmos/God). To see what articles I have written about meditation check these out…

Self-Love / Accepting Yourself:

How can you love another without first coming back to yourself? Coming back to YOU is one of the most important steps in our journey of being fully human. And there are differences between self-absorption and self-love. I dive into our ability to be Kings and Queens but not “seeing it” and how to uncover all the muck to become more fully the royalty that we were meant to be. Check out some more articles on self-love and acceptance here…

Letting Go

Over the past 2 years, I have really been hit hard (AND learned a lot) with this theme. Letting go is the cornerstone we as connected human beings probably struggle with in my experience. Learning it has both been very difficult and also very freeing. The more we let go, the more freedom paradoxically that we have to love others for who they are. This section is jam packed with my experiences of seeing the impermanence in life, relationship, and anything we have trouble gripping into. Read more about letting go in a few of my articles here…

Relationships:

What would emotional alchemy be without relationship? To relate to others is one of the best teachers you can come into contact with. We can learn so much about ourselves by just being in relationships with others. Whether we uncover our shadow side, a side which I have talked on transforming by seeing and fully accepting it as being the part of us that moves toward fully integrating and experiencing our complete-ness. By seeing, we are able to respond and change it, if we no longer see how that part of us benefits us at being better human beings to each other. Read more about that here…

Emotional Resilience:

These articles talks about struggles that I’ve discovered within myself that have been a blessing to confront. Having emotional resilience is a good trait to extend not only to yourself but to others that you are relating to. From anger, jealousy, possessiveness, and control issues. It is good to catch these blocks we set up for ourselves and just being mindful of them allows us to respond better to the ones we truly care about and want to be happy (even if that means we lose them in the relationship). Sending out our toxins isn’t fun nor does it benefit either one of us, so that has been one of my main focuses with these articles here…

Emptiness Teaching:

What I consider to be one of the most spiritual life bringing teachings anyone could look into or get a real grasp of what it means. There is tons of Zen text, Christian Scripture, Buddhas teaching, Lao Tzus TAO, and now science is catching on (thank you Sam Harris) teaching which talks about emptiness. Putting this last on the list does not make this least important but will give you an idea what it is to be an emptiness being (not nothingness, these are two different things). In my experience, emptiness is being willing to open yourself to God completely (or seeing your inter-being with the cosmos). If this section intrigues you, check out the articles that reside within this section…
